We didn’t have time to come up with ten! But if your time management hasn’t improved from reading two or three of these excellent books then you might be beyond help!
Whilst we joke about not having time to add the expected tenth book title to this list, finding time to train or retrain yourself is something that any professional should do. If you consider top athletes, they are constantly training and practicing to ensure they can perform to the best of their abilities when it matters. Business is no different, as professionals we should always be looking for ways to improve our performance and if you are a leader then improving the performance of your team should also be a priority. Why not share this list with your team?
